How does the free trial work?

Can I switch plans at any time?

How is user count calculated for billing purposes?

User count is based on the number of active employees in your WorkJoy account. Admins and managers are counted as users. You can add or remove users at any time, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.

What kind of support is included with each plan
